Over the past few months, we have been delivering our services via telephone and through a range of digital channels.
From 2 September, we will be expanding the operating hours of our telephone line as well as some of these digital methods. This is so we can ensure our customers can access the vital careers service we provide outside of normal office hours. From this date our telephone line 0800 028 4844, firstname.lastname@example.org email address, Facebook messenger and live chat facility will be available, Monday to Thursday 8am – 9pm and Fridays 9am – 4.30pm.
You can use these methods to get in touch with us to get advice, guidance and support whether you are a young person, parent/carer or an adult who needs employability advice.
Over the next couple of months we will be starting to re-open some of our Careers Wales centres to accommodate a small number of pre-booked face to face appointments safely. This will be in line with Welsh Government and Public Health Wales’ guidance on keeping Wales safe during the pandemic. Further information and details on centre re-openings will be made available soon.
