I am delighted to share our annual report for 2024-25. This report highlights the impact of our all-age, impartial careers information, advice, and guidance service.
As well as reflecting on our achievements during our fourth year of delivering the Brighter Futures strategy, this report demonstrates that careers guidance is far more than just a support service. It is a vital component of a thriving, inclusive economy and a key contributor to individual and community wellbeing.
Despite a challenging external environment, we are pleased to report that Careers Wales has met-and in many areas exceeded-our key performance indicators.
