Valued Partner Awards

The Valued Partner Awards is a way for Careers Wales to recognise and thank the businesses that have worked with us and been instrumental in supporting schools and young people to engage with the world of work.

Partnerships between businesses and schools provide young people with inspiration, motivation, and valuable work-related knowledge and experiences to help them make links between what they learn in schools and the world of work.

This year, we asked businesses to nominate themselves for a Valued Partner Award, choosing from five different categories and we were delighted with the response.

21 different businesses were shortlisted for a Valued Partner Award.

Sara Edwards, one of Wales’s best known and loved television presenters, announced the winners live at our virtual Valued Partner Awards on 25 November.
