There are other people and organisations who can support you with planning your future.

Social Worker

Your Social Worker can help you in different ways. Some of the ways could be to:

Disability Employment Adviser or Work Coach

Disability Employment Advisers (DEA) and Work Coaches work in Job Centres. They can:

Key Worker

Key Workers may work for a school or for social services. They can meet you in school, college or in your house. They might:
